Assign the right learning
Combine Educational Impact learning with district or school content, then set Required or Recommended learning for a district, school, group, or individual.
Professional learning for K–12 districts
I2L connects district assignments, local content, and Educational Impact learning to a focused staff experience—on the web and mobile apps—then turns completed work into trusted credit, certificates, reporting, and eligible gift-card rewards.
One connected loop: Assign → Complete → Verify → Recognize

How it works
I2L keeps the work in order: leaders assign, staff complete, the platform verifies, and earned progress is ready to report and recognize.
Combine Educational Impact learning with district or school content, then set Required or Recommended learning for a district, school, group, or individual.
Staff see what belongs on their list and can resume progress across the web or mobile apps without starting over.
Completed learning becomes credited PD hours and reliable evidence. Finished courses can issue downloadable certificates.
Schools and districts can opt in to I2L rewards. Eligible staff can claim one Tremendous gift card after completing all current Required learning and the program’s credited-hours requirement.
For leaders
Give district and school leaders a current view of the work in their scope. I2L keeps assignments, local content, follow-up, completions, certificates, and PD hours close together.

For every member of your staff
The staff experience is designed for certified and non-certified staff—including teachers, substitutes, and paraprofessionals. Required, Recommended, and My PD stay understandable, progress survives real life across web and mobile apps, and earned credit is easy to find later.

Educational Impact partnership
Our partnership with Educational Impact brings the largest K–12 professional-learning library into I2L, with new content added regularly. Educational Impact has state contracts in South Carolina and Hawaii and works with colleges to help prepare future teachers.
Districts can combine EI learning with their own videos, PDFs, and links. Staff can browse, preview, and choose what helps without losing the record of their work.

How verification works
I2L treats verification as part of the product—not an extra report someone has to build later.
Completion rules turn learning activity into a record leaders and staff can trust.
Give staff a downloadable record when they need to prove professional learning.
Eligible staff can claim one Tremendous gift card when the program’s requirements are complete.
